Q: Who is this class for?
Anyone who has always wanted to manage their own renovation project but didn't know how to go about doing it. In addition, homeowners and investors who has the drive for managing real estate investments and would rather have that knowledge and experience rather than having to hire a renovation project manager to run their project. If you are a current or new homeowner, real estate investor or broker, designer or someone who flips properties, then this class is for you.
Q: How can this renovation coach assist me?
This renovation coaching will train you on the renovation foundation process, how it works and what's involved when hiring a contractor to do your project.
Q: How much is the training?
There are 2 ways to participate in The Rapid Renovation Challenge. The General Admission Experience is only $97 for live Facebook training. The VIP Experience is only $297 for the exclusive VIP ticket Zoom pre-game show with Q&A and VIP live training and Coaching with Nicky Johnson.
Q: How is this different than other on-line courses?
Other on-line course are overwhelming, technical and gives you text book framework to implement that does not work exactly to the T. Your getting real experience, insight, trade secrets, tricks of the trade that will guide you and identify pitfalls to avoid. This training is easy, effective and efficient and gets you results. No YouTube channel will guide you through a renovation as easily as The Rapid Renovation Challenge.
Q: Are the challenge classes live?
Yes, classes will be live. Although the classes will be live and recorded, you won't be able to purchase the recordings so you will need to watch the challenge live or watch the recordings for the limited time. They will be posted in the Facebook group (the recordings will be live in the Facebook group for one week after the challenge. After that time they will be permanently removed.
Q: How does the 5 day challenge work?
Each day VIP admission will have an 11:00AM EST ( 8:00AM pacific) Q&A session for half-an-hour in a private Zoom VIP group ( a link will be sent via e-mail with the zoom link and a membership log-in page for VIP where they will receive all their bonuses. They will also receive the facebook group like also). The VIP group gets a chance to get their questions answered and learn a few additional lessons before the live training begins in the Facebook group. The VIP group also gets a chance to get their questions answered after the class when the live training in the Facebook group ends. The VIP group will be on Zoom when the Facebook live streaming begins and ends. The General admission will get all the training in the live Facebook group. They will receive an e-mail to log-in to their membership area, where they will receive their bonus and Facebook invite to the FB group. However, they will not have access to ask any questions during the live stream on Facebook.
Q: Will I get direct feedback from Nicky?
Yes, if you have the VIP Experience you will have live Q & A' s daily where you can ask anything covered in the challenge. If you have General Admission you will have the ability to listen to the Q&A while the class is streaming live, but not to ask questions directly. But your questions will more than likely be asked by someone in the VIP Experience.
